A collaborative learning space for SMEs and impact-driven organizations.

Six years ago, Mayma launched "Pares", a unique space where leaders of companies and social organizations come together to share experiences, learn from one another, and broaden their perspective on business. This year, the program expanded to 12 peer groups, further strengthening this collaborative learning community. Based on a methodology with over 60 years of international experience, it fosters a trusting environment where participants can solve challenges, enhance their social and environmental impact, and make better-informed decisions.

The program aims to help break the isolation often faced by organizational leaders, providing them with a safe space to explore new ideas and grow both personally and professionally. It also encourages collaboration and the exchange of experiences among participants, allowing them to build authentic connections and spark creativity, opening doors to new opportunities.

The purpose of the program is to contribute to a human, regenerative, and conscious economy in Latin America, offering executive leaders a space for continuous learning and collaboration to improve decision-making and amplify their socio-environmental impact. It is designed for leaders of organizations with more than three years of experience and a validated business model, who are looking to grow and tackle social and environmental challenges while enjoying group work and committing to ongoing improvement.

A clear example of the program’s impact is the experience of Jorge Borge, founder of Gestiones Solidarias, who has been part of a Mayma peer group for the past two years. He highlights the group’s value, stating:

"We empower each other to improve and explore how we can make a positive impact on society and the environment, setting a course for other companies pursuing the path toward triple impact."
