- Measure the profitability of new products or business units
- Design your pricing strategy
- Build your income statement and balance sheet
- Plan for your working capital needs
- Create a cash flow forecast and design an investment strategy for surplus funds
- Mastering the principles to measure and boost profitability, and implementing what you’ve learned through simple tools for regular use.

Juan is an economist, coach, and financial advisor for impact-driven companies. He is the co-founder and director of Contribuir al Desarrollo Local and Mayma, organizations focused on local development programs and entrepreneur support.
He served as Director of the National SME Secretariat in Argentina and worked as a planning and finance manager in various companies. He has also been a consultant for the IDB and the World Bank on entrepreneurship development initiatives.
Juan holds a degree in Economics (UBA), a Master’s in Corporate Finance (UTDT), and a specialization in finance from the University of Texas (USA). He completed studies in Local Development (UNSAM) and Ontological Coaching. He has taught finance at ITBA, Universidad del Salvador, and UNTREF. He is the co-author of the manual Keys for Entrepreneurs (2013) and author of the book Small Business Development (2004).
