IMPACTO PATAGONIA

Impacto Chubut, in its eighth edition, offered a hybrid experience focused on entrepreneurs and social organizations from the province who seek to generate positive impact beyond economic profitability. Throughout the different sessions, participants explored key concepts such as triple impact, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emotional intelligence, and new economic models, later applying these learnings to their business models, sales strategies, positioning, communication, and financial management.
This year, 40 entrepreneurs and leaders from 25 projects took part, with 75% identifying as women, reflecting the diversity and leadership of women within Chubut’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The sectors addressed ranged from handcrafted yarns and textiles made from natural fibers, to production using recycled and bio-based materials, sustainable mobility and renewable energy, as well as the refurbishment of school furniture and the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. In addition, the program featured three specialists from across Latin America and eight guest entrepreneurs, who provided strategic mentorship to two standout projects: Mad Lab Biomaterials and Albor Patagonia—both examples of how a vision aligned with triple impact can transform communities and improve quality of life in the region.
If you’re building a business with awareness of the unsustainable reality we face, Mayma is here to support you. For 17 years, we’ve been strengthening entrepreneurs with social and environmental impact, supporting nonprofits, B Corps, and social enterprises that promote a more human and regenerative economy. In 2024, we launched a new annual program that offers a comprehensive experience for capacity building and connection among Latin American entrepreneurs. Spots are limited, and full scholarships (100%) are available. Selection takes place in April.
